We will first establish the purpose of your brand through your organization’s vision and mission. The purpose will help define your brand’s audience – your ideal customer who will benefit the most from what you’re offering. 

We’ll look into who we need to worry about — other organization’s you may compete with and how we are going to exceed their offering through a defined competitive advantage. 

Finally, we’ll work to establish your brand’s voice. How you will speak to your customer through media and the architecture that makes up your brand’s personality.

How I play a role in helping you define your brand's ethos

Your brand’s ethos is the emotional connection between you and your consumer, experienced in each interaction – regardless of the forum. 

Your brand’s ethos is derived from the guiding principles identified in your brand’s blueprint. Together, your branding specialist acts as the glue that links the consumer and the organization together by taking a split role: one of advisor, and one of consumer. 

We will help you create your brand’s ethos by acting in the advisor-consumer dual role, creating an environment where only the best ideas shine. We’ll combine how you want to present yourself with how your consumers perceive your organization. 

A exploration of the creative process

The complimentary consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss who you are and what your business stands for. The consultation is a time for us to collaboratively talk about what your goals are and how our creative visions will align to create a synergy in your organization. Essentially, we’ll determine your brand’s Point A and Point B. 

We then determine your brand’s direction and we’ll get a better idea of how we’ll get from Point A to Point B. We’ll take a look at what unique services you will need to see success in your organization. 

The Blueprint Day gives us another opportunity to work collaboratively to discuss and plan your brand’s blueprint. If you’re an established brand, we’ll discuss how your refreshed look and feel will build upon the core principles your consumers have come to know and love. If you’re a new brand, the blueprint is an incredibly exciting time to build something great!

The goal of the blueprint day is to establish a level playing field with clear goals for where your organization is going, and how we’re going to help you get there.

The Logistics of the work now begins! You get to sit back and relax as the magic happens behind the scenes. The time for creativity has begun — we’ll be back to you as soon as we can with something great!

Delivery Day is the opportunity to deliver the first draft of your brand, delivered to you through a brand activation package. You’ll get to see your brand’s new look and feel for the first time!

The time for edits has now begin. We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work to finalize an incredible collection that speaks to you and your customer.
